The proper way is use palm but then we very lousy need use fist.

Before going home need do 20push-ups , 20sit-ups , 20back-ups and 5x5 stand board jump( as in from this point jump 5 steps to the points non-stop.)
Then go home.
Today
Went for band training in the morning
No do PT or BT ? :D
Go to the field do formation thingy.
Colour guards most relax only need do 1 formation haha.
Then went to ISH learn those flag moves.
Lol, me so cham.. accidentely tear the flag.

She call me to learn sewing...

Then lunch break.
Called Jarryl to call Chester to let me go his party thingy.
Then 3pm can go home liao :D

Then went up to Chester's house play

Then go eat dinner.
After dinner went to Chester's room play pillow fight haha.
3v3, me , ZhenHong and ShengWei 1 team.
2 rounds also same team, so we pwn them.
Then last round is individual.
They 2 gang Jarryl then I backstab them haha.

Then ShengWei and ZhenHong went home.
I stay there play with Jarryl and Chester lor.
